Ensure your child is ready for learning and ready to meet their true potential by attending a parent/carer workshop delivered by an NHS CAMHS Practitioner.

The workshop is designed to help parents and carers navigate the tricky months to come and support teenagers to cope with the stresses and strains of exams, social media and modern life!

When? 27th February 5.30-7pm

Where? St Thomas a Becket’s school hall

What? A workshop delivered by NHS specialist practitioner Sara Kendrick. The workshop will offer a range of strategies and solutions to tackle issues such as:

  • Sleep
  • Diet and exercise

  • Resilience

Who? Parents and carers of all Year 10 and 11 pupils are invited.  There are only 20 places available this time so book early to avoid disappointment!

Can’t make it? Don’t worry- If this event proves to be a success, more workshops are likely to follow. If you are unable to make the workshop this time but have concerns regarding your child’s health and /or emotional wellbeing, please don’t hesitate to speak to your child’s form tutor, Year Leader or contact me directly on 01924 303545 ext 7.
