Cashless operations

Dear Parents/Guardians

To ensure all our processes and procedures are effective, we are making changes to the
operational processes in the finance department.

All payments for lunches, school trips, equipment/uniform will now be made online and no
cash will be accepted in school from Monday 17 October 2022.

The vast majority of our parents are already set up and use this. Our catering provider is
DOLCE and payment for school lunches can be made on Schoolgrid, this will automatically
default to set a limit of £3.00 spend per day, you can amend this in your child’s account to
prevent any restrictions on purchasing limits. You can find information on this on our

School Gateway is the one stop shop system where parents can manage all of their
communication, payments for trips, equipment and real time information like attendance
and reports, achievements and behaviour. Parents can sign up and download the school app
and also access an account on computer or smartphone. Activating your school gateway
account is quick and easy to do. All you need are your email address and mobile phone
number the school holds on record for you.

To get started you just need to obtain a PIN code, (also use this link for access when using
your computer or smartphone and using internet explorer or safari), you must visit the
website: and click ‘new user’. You’ll receive a text message
with your PIN number. Use this PIN to log into School Gateway.
If you are having trouble logging in it may be because school doesn’t have either your current
email or your mobile phone number on record. Please contact the school office at or by phone (ask for the data office) and we’ll update the details on
our system.
